As an Omnichannel Campaign Strategist, this role supports the design of customer experiences by uniting cross-functional stakeholders. The position sits on the Commercial Data and Analytics (CDnA) Campaign Excellence team and is responsible for developing engaging customer journeys by integrating various messages, formats, and channels. The role involves operating at both the local affiliate and global levels to drive the execution and continuous improvement of omnichannel campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Co-design and drive the execution of omnichannel campaigns using a global framework, partnering with local brand teams to turn brand strategy into action
Collect practical examples and experiences to elevate the company's overall omnichannel expertise and create a global resource hub to grow the omnichannel maturity of affiliates
Provide specific training on omnichannel topics like campaign analytics and partner with global teams to introduce and build capabilities within the affiliates
Collaborate with the Global Service Center to execute campaigns and work with global platform leads to implement new technologies and reinforce channel governance
Translate global technologies into tangible campaign design improvements and provide business requirements for the creation of the next technology roadmap
Requirements:
5+ years of techno-functional experience in areas such as Digital Marketing Operations, Email marketing, CMS, CRM, and Analytics
Demonstrated experience with Marketing Automation platforms , including direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills with an ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization
Strong consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions using reporting tools like Tableau
Experience working with brand teams and senior business stakeholders on complex projects that involve cross-channel integration and solution design
