Job Description

Omni Specialist position at Talbots, a leading omni-channel specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes and accessories. The role involves driving omni-channel operations, creating customer experiences, and handling backroom and shipping activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the business forward specifically as it relates to Omni, operational activities and store systems
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and enable others on the team to build enduring relationships with our customers
  • Responsible for completing and leading all OMNI duties including, Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, BOPAC, Ship to Store, Transfers, MOS and Damages
  • Work closely with MM/GM/SM/OM to determine and complete daily & weekly priorities
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities and Store Sets
  • Responsible for all shipping, receiving and backroom activities: Receive and process freight, ensure an efficient and timely flow of merchandise, maintain a clean, neat and organized backroom
  • Assist in facilities management as needed
  • Be proficient with all aspects of Order from Store system and assist team members as needed
  • Protect company assets and assist in maintaining a safe work environment
  • Complete other duties as assigned like Physical inventory, supply orders and maintenance
