Job Responsibility

Maintain records, collect data and produce reports
Update and maintain training and development records
Produce and monitor a plan of refresher training
Research and implement cost-effective ways of delivering OMMT
Organise training events, liaising with trainers and EWLE co-trainers, coordinating attendance, producing registers, updating records, producing certificates
Create training sessions through Eventbrite
Update National trainer database with NHS futures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC and Department for Health and Social Care standards
Report issues of concern or reportable incidents
Champion continual improvement of Learning & Development
Support Head of Learning and Organisational Development in producing monthly training communication

Maintain records, collect data and produce reports to a required organisational format
Update and maintain training and development records, including the eLearning and HR systems and Mandatory Training Report
Produce and monitor a plan of how refresher training will be undertaken
Research and implement cost-effective ways of delivering Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (OMMT)
Organise or assist with organisation of training events, planning events, liaising with trainers and experts with lived experience (EWLE) co-trainers, coordinating attendance, producing registers, updating records, producing and sending out Certificates of Attendance
Create training session events through Eventbrite and distribute links to the relevant point of contact
Update National trainer database with NHS futures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC and Department for Health and Social Care standards
Report issues of concern or reportable incidents immediately to Director of Care
Champion continual improvement of Learning & Development
Support Head of Learning and Organisational Development in producing monthly training communication to all employees
