Governance Leadership: Manage effective corporate governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the Master Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Financial Leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises
Manpower Strategy Leadership: Ensure for strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities
Leadership Alignment: Partner with the Corporate Engineering and Product Development leadership team to guide and influence alignment toward common strategic objectives
Executive Communication: Create clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive-level audiences
Strategic Workshop Leadership: Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and implement corporate strategic plans
Data-Driven Leadership: Ensure for the proper collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategy implementation
