A respected and expanding law firm is seeking a Level 3 OISC-accredited Caseworker to join its dedicated immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused immigration professional to work exclusively on private immigration matters, with the flexibility of hybrid working and genuine prospects for progression.
Job Responsibility:
Handling a broad range of private immigration cases, including Spouse Visas, Partner Visas, Skilled Worker routes, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), British nationality applications, and visit visas
Advising clients on the most appropriate immigration routes and preparing comprehensive legal representations and supporting documentation
Preparing and submitting detailed applications to the Home Office with high levels of accuracy and compliance
Representing clients in dealings with the Home Office, and where applicable, liaising with external professionals to support the application process
Maintaining up-to-date, compliant records using case management systems and following internal procedures
Keeping abreast of changes to immigration laws, rules, and policies to ensure the advice and service you deliver remains current and effective
Supporting the firm’s reputation for excellent client care and contributing to business development where appropriate
