Job Responsibility

Upgrade OIM 11gR2 PS3 to 12cPS4, identify deprecated APIs/functionalities, and provide a resolution roadmap
Conduct end-to-end testing of all impacted OIM components, ensuring functionality
Provide daily updates on deliverables and project status, highlighting blockers and needed assistance
Coordinate with Prod support to address issues timely based on priority
Design POCs for non-out-of-the-box enhancements, with detailed test case and architectural documents, and processes to move POCs to functional components
Ensure team training to stay relevant with upgrades and assist the client better
Maintain standards for code written and submitted for change/promotion processes
Develop and deploy scheduled tasks, adapters, and process tasks for new integrations, resolving identified bugs
Ensure service availability by debugging and fixing impacting issues
Handle enhancement/bug-fix requests for scheduled tasks, adapters, and event handlers via JIRA
