Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, staff development, and full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.

Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience within Children's Residential Care
  • Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
  • Experience supporting young people with EBD
  • Full UK Driving Licence
