• Swiftly collecting kerbside waste, including general waste, recycling, and green waste
• Keeping pace with the truck and efficiently loading bins into the rear compactors like a pro
• Operating bin lifters and compactors while keeping a laser focus on safety and following all protocols
• Communicating respectfully with the public and being flexible to adapt to daily route changes
• Providing rock-solid support to your driver every single day

• Fitness Fanatic: You must be prepared to run/walk 15–20 km per day and be capable of lifting and maneuvering bins up to 30 kg
• Reliable Early Bird: Own, reliable transportation is a MUST for those crucial early morning starts at the Eastern Creek, Greenacre & Mascot depots
• Great Attitude: A strong, positive attitude with a genuine commitment to safety and teamwork is paramount
• Clean Slate: You must be able to pass a mandatory drug & alcohol test and a police check
• Experience is a Bonus: Prior experience in waste collection or other heavy, physically demanding outdoor work is a big advantage, but we happily train motivated newbies
