Job Responsibility:
Perform structural modelling using global analysis tools
Build detailed 3D finite-element models using ABAQUS or equivalent software
Carry out regulatory structural checks for lifting, transport, installation, and in-place conditions
Design necessary reinforcements or structural modifications
Prepare calculation reports summarizing analyses
Transfer validated data for drafting and drawing production
Apply project procedures, engineering rules, and documentation workflows
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines
Requirements:
Experience in suction-anchor design and structural assessment
Knowledge of subsea installation principles
Familiarity with ISO and DNV structural standards
Proficiency with offshore structural analysis software (e.g., ABAQUS, NSO-type tools)
Ability to follow structured documentation and compliance procedures
Technical English skills
Minimum 2 years as a structural engineer on EPC projects involving suction-anchor systems
