Reporting to the SOV Shift Manager, you will join our TW Service team for CFXD & ZN windfarms. You will play a key role within our Service team, focusing on planning daily operations in collaboration with our technical planners. Your responsibilities include supporting our team in the day-to-day operations in the field, providing the necessary documentation for work performed on-site, and ensuring safe access to turbines via CTV, SOV, and Helicopter. Furthermore, you will manage the creation, follow-up, and closure of service orders while ensuring that all required spare parts and tools are available for the team.
Job Responsibility:
Day-to-day planning of the service operations, including a daily toolbox talk every morning when the shift starts
Supervise and coordinate service operations on-site in collaboration with the service team and organize Vessel/helicopter transfers
Ensure compliance with the Vestas Health and Safety Management system and standards on-site and promote Safety and Safety Mindset
Short-term and long-term planning of service operations, troubleshooting tasks, upgrade and test tasks on different sites
Planning, follow-up, and closure of service orders in our SAP system, and planning of annual service and maintenance tasks and technical meetings with the back-office team
Requirements:
Marine Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or technical degree from a school/college/university
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems in wind, offshore, and HV environments
Team leadership experience
Experience working with wind turbines
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Good skills in the use of MS Office and SAP ERP
Collaborative worker with a good safety mindset, responsible, and motivated to contribute
Skilled at leading multiple teams and managing diverse tasks in environments that change quickly
Able to be methodical when facing tight deadlines, adapt plans quickly without losing sight of the plan, and keep the big picture in focus while handling many moving parts
Solid safety mindset, takes initiative, and works well with colleagues
Valid driving license B
