10+ years of experience in software delivery or enterprise system implementation, including fixed-price, end-to-end ownership
Proven background managing complex enterprise projects or large-scale transformation programs
Experience delivering both AI and traditional software build projects in a multi-disciplinary environment

Presales & opportunity support: Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Domain experts to co-design solution strategies, define delivery scope and models, and lead effort estimation. Drive proposal development and client engagement to ensure all presales commitments are viable, value-driven, and seamlessly transitioned into delivery
Full project ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of fixed-price projects - from scoping, estimation, and contracting to delivery, deployment, and warranty phases
Strategic delivery leadership: Oversee Solvd’s AI and non-AI build initiatives, including enterprise software, data platforms, automation systems, and AI-powered products
Complex solution management: Drive successful delivery of highly complex bespoke systems and other large-scale, integrated enterprise applications
Consultative client engagement: Act as a trusted partner to clients, aligning technology solutions with business goals and helping shape long-term roadmaps
Cross-regional team leadership: Manage distributed teams across LATAM and Eastern Europe, ensuring alignment, communication, and consistent execution of quality
