Job Description:

We are seeking two Offshore Logistics Supervisors to support offshore installation activities for a project located off the coast of Emden, Germany. The selected candidates will ensure efficient coordination of all logistics operations offshore, including cargo handling, vessel movements, deck operations, and interface with offshore teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily offshore logistics operations
  • Manage cargo movements, deck activities, and ensure proper handling of equipment
  • Liaise with vessel crews, OPMs, OSS technicians, and offshore leadership
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and safe working practices
  • Supervise loading/unloading operations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Report daily activities and operational constraints to the Offshore Works Department
  • Support installation timelines and adapt to weather-dependent operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Offshore Logistics Supervisor / Offshore Logistician
  • Offshore certification valid for EU waters (GWO/HUET)
  • Strong understanding of offshore deck operations and material handling
  • Ability to work in rotation and in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Excellent safety awareness and adherence to offshore HSE standards

Nice to have:

  • Banksman/Slinger or Rigger certifications
  • French language skills
