Offset Printer

• Operate offset printing machines efficiently and safely
• Ensure high-quality printing output according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment
• Assist in the setup and adjustment of printing machines for different production runs
• Work closely with printing assistants and other team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Identify and resolve printing defects or machine issues in a timely manner

• Proven experience as an Offset Printer
• Strong technical knowledge of printing processes and machine operation
• Ability to work in a 2 or a 3 shift system
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in machine setup and maintenance
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• English
• knowledge of Polish or Dutch is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to production demands
