Offset press technician

• Operate offset printing machines with efficiency and precision
• Deliver high-quality printing output that meets specified standards
• Conduct regular maintenance and promptly troubleshoot printing equipment
• Prepare and adjust machines for various production runs
• Collaborate closely with printing assistants (hulpdrukkers) and other team members
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
• Comply with safety guidelines and company policies
• Quickly identify and address printing defects or equipment malfunctions

• Demonstrated experience as an Offset Printer
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of offset printing processes and machinery
• Willingness and ability to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in machine setup and maintenance
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
• knowledge of Polish or Dutch is advantageous
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements
