This is a Full-Time, Executive-level role based in our Shanghai, China office. The position demands a rare combination of strategic foresight and hands-on executional excellence. You will be the architect of our future, holding responsibility for creating and delivering the Off Premise function vision, long-term plan, and annual business plan, driving top-line growth figures.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the high-impact Off Premise Sales department in China
Create and deliver the Off Premise function vision, long-term plan, and annual business plan, driving top-line growth figures
Distribution Partner (DP) Management, acting as a credible beverage business consultant to guide, manage, and track progress against agreed targets
Drive Key Account Management with 'out of the box' thinking, striving for Category Captaincy with strategic retailers to generate long-term value
Manage the Off-line budget, trade spending, and volume forecasts, ensuring strict alignment with finance and company policy
Requirements:
10+ years of multi-national company sales experience (High-End Food or Beverage is preferred), including 2+ years of National Offline Sales Leader or National Key Account Head experience
Proven, in-depth expertise in Key Account management, DP management, and Ecommerce management
Exceptional Strategic Ability—the capacity to develop specific, valuable, and commercially focused strategies while grasping the 'bigger picture'
Strong Commercial Acumen, including an understanding of financial systems and the ability to derive high-value growth opportunities from sales and customer data
Successful experience in front-line retail negotiation and problem-solving
Bachelor, College or University degree
Mandarin native speaker level and possess a very strong command of English (verbal & written)
