Job Description:

This is a Full-Time, Executive-level role based in our Shanghai, China office. The position demands a rare combination of strategic foresight and hands-on executional excellence. You will be the architect of our future, holding responsibility for creating and delivering the Off Premise function vision, long-term plan, and annual business plan, driving top-line growth figures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the high-impact Off Premise Sales department in China
  • Create and deliver the Off Premise function vision, long-term plan, and annual business plan, driving top-line growth figures
  • Distribution Partner (DP) Management, acting as a credible beverage business consultant to guide, manage, and track progress against agreed targets
  • Drive Key Account Management with 'out of the box' thinking, striving for Category Captaincy with strategic retailers to generate long-term value
  • Manage the Off-line budget, trade spending, and volume forecasts, ensuring strict alignment with finance and company policy

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of multi-national company sales experience (High-End Food or Beverage is preferred), including 2+ years of National Offline Sales Leader or National Key Account Head experience
  • Proven, in-depth expertise in Key Account management, DP management, and Ecommerce management
  • Exceptional Strategic Ability—the capacity to develop specific, valuable, and commercially focused strategies while grasping the 'bigger picture'
  • Strong Commercial Acumen, including an understanding of financial systems and the ability to derive high-value growth opportunities from sales and customer data
  • Successful experience in front-line retail negotiation and problem-solving
  • Bachelor, College or University degree
  • Mandarin native speaker level and possess a very strong command of English (verbal & written)
