Job Responsibility

  • Execute production orders to ensure on-time delivery and inventory optimization
  • Align with cross-functional teams on campaign status, production orders, and order fulfillment
  • Monitor stock levels and take corrective actions to prevent excess or shortage
  • Prepare input parameters and perform capacity analysis
  • Update planning parameters and setup for new items in ERP
  • Analyze capacity risks and propose solutions to prevent constraints
  • Track performance and implement improvement actions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in production planning or scheduling
  • Familiarity with campaign management and capacity analysis
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and planning parameters
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Good command of English (especially in business communication)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making

  • A practical yet commercial approach to settlements is essential, including supporting client advice on litigation and cost risks

  • Attendance at court hearings may be required to support client representation, or where appropriate, assist in instructing Barristers in line with internal policies to provide formal advice on quantum and liability
