Job Description:

The Officer-Loss Prevention will patrol property areas, assist guests with room access, monitor security systems, respond to accidents, and ensure the safety of guests and the property. This role involves handling security incidents, defusing disturbances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property areas and assist guests with room access
monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, alarm systems, and fire life safety systems
conduct physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents and provide first aid/CPR
handle interruptions and complaints
defuse disturbances
complete incident reports
escort unwelcome persons from the property
conduct investigations and gather evidence
comply with company policies
report accidents and injuries
ensure professional appearance
support team goals
comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to patrol property areas, monitor security systems, and respond to emergencies
completion of safety training and certifications
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted and over 75 lbs with assistance
ability to inspect tools and equipment for defects
ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
ability to navigate uneven or confined spaces
ability to use clear and professional language and prepare accurate written documents
