Job Description:

Responsible for supervising and monitoring computer systems in a data center environment, conducting critical system activities such as batch processing and dashboard monitoring, documenting operational procedures, maintaining logs and reports, handling incident management outside office hours, and collaborating with providers and users to deliver and maintain efficient operations.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for supervising, monitoring and controlling computer systems to support the day-to-day operations of a Data Centre environment
Responsible to Make sure the critical-system activities performed, including: batch processing, report printing, data download, Media arrangement, Dashboard Monitoring etc.
Document and maintain operational procedures, system logs, and reports
Handle incident management outside office hours
Liaise with service provider for supporting activities, i.e.: statement printing, etc.
Cover each other team member as part of the shift team in delivering the service
Utilizing any Group standard tools in monitoring the local hosted system
Maintain good customer service orientation service with the Business user
Effective contributor within a team to achieve Command Centre Operations goals, show awareness of other peoples input.

Requirements:

Experience in AS/400 and Data Center environment
Knowledge in Monitoring and alerting systems like BMC Patrol, xMatters, Control-M is preferred
Good knowledge in Service continuity tools
Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management)
Good documentation & Customer service oriented
Good command of both written and spoken English
A proactive personality with self-motivation
Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
Able to work effectively under pressure
Good in documentation and administration filing
Responsible, Smart Working and willing to work in shifting, and outside 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. including weekend and holiday when needed
Focus and capable deliver High Quality results
Capable working in group or individual
Indonesia Citizen only
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Database fields
Datacenter or other technology certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to have:

Knowledge in Monitoring and alerting systems like BMC Patrol, xMatters, Control-M is preferred
Datacenter or other technology certification is preferred but not mandatory.
