Job Responsibility

  • Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within General Services Operations (Transportation, Canteen, Office Supplies, and other related services)
  • Plan, design, and implement process improvement projects using methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on best practices and innovative technologies
  • Set Goals & KPIs to align with department objectives
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collect and analyze performance data to assess project success and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation
  • Monitor vendor performance and support procurement improvements when needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and safety regulations
  • Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior management
  • Support audits (internal and external) with required data and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Technology, General Services, or Administration in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong ability to manage and improve operational efficiency and service levels
  • Background in project management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities
  • Good time and resource management skills
