Job Description:

The role involves supporting the account manager with commercial and operational tasks, managing contracts and invoices, and handling customer inquiries. It includes a focus on customer satisfaction, organizational skills, and system knowledge, working within a team of six and reporting to the Manager Fleet Sales Support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling customer inquiries and requests via phone and written communication
  • Adding and removing customers, creating and blocking fuel cards
  • Entering and modifying discounts, verifying discounts with Sales Manager
  • Managing customer files, handling and reporting complaints or discrepancies
  • Preparing, verifying, and processing correspondence related to offers and contracts
  • Processing information related to credit notes, volumes, services, and discounts
  • Verifying transaction lists and addressing 'suspicious transactions'
  • Implementing price changes and managing pricing conditions at the product-customer level
  • Ensuring acceptance of new fuel cards at Circle K stations and partner locations
  • Creating specific reports upon request for customers, account managers, or management

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor diploma, preferably in a commercial field
  • Commercial work experience
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 and experienced with Excel (preferably familiar with pivot tables)
  • Good knowledge of software applications and interfaces such as SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BI4.3), or PowerBI, or willingness to acquire/expand this knowledge
  • Customer-oriented, organized, articulate, flexible, and result-driven
