The Balance Sheet Mgmt Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Job Responsibility:
Part of Singapore Country Corporate Treasury team supporting liquidity-related reporting activities covering both local regulatory and internal liquidity requirements
daily, monthly, and quarterly production of liquidity reports, alongside supporting their pre- and post-production analysis, including trend and variance analysis
assisting periodic gap assessments and annual methodology reviews to ensure reporting is in compliance with Citi policy requirements
support Funding and Liquidity Plans and/or the Horizontal Liquidity reviewing process
participate in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) and ICAAP
involve in U.S. and Local (MAS) liquidity-related reporting
monitor key metrics to identify and address limit breaches
assisting with the analysis and thematic reviews of the Bank's Liquidity metrics, Contingency Funding Plans, Liquidity Fire-Drills, and Internal Stress Testing Reports
support system development and enhancements
developing basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
actively collaborating with various stakeholders on system and report development/enhancement projects
performing tasks such as data analysis, solution design, and testing
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience
knowledge of MAS reporting (financial, liquidity or risk) is desirable
excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitasks and adapt to change
experience with performing data reconciliations, gap analysis, etc. including with large datasets
strong controls mindset, identifying and mitigating risks, communicating and escalating concerns
consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
able to work independently and as part of a team
bachelor / university degree
