Job Description

As the Office Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our employees and external partners. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our offices run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers the excitement of working with various stakeholders at all levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT and phone providers, ensuring seamless communication and process improvement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our London and Reading offices, creating a tidy, enjoyable, and safe work environment
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Address office queries and provide support to UK employees
  • Organise and maintain the IT comms room in London, keeping asset logs updated
  • Manage the CEO's diary and coordinate company-wide events
  • Play a vital role in the Social Committee, organising exciting social events, including our annual Summer & Christmas celebrations

Requirements

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A 'can-do' attitude with adaptability to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • An approachable personality with a good sense of humour

Up to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
