As the Office Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our employees and external partners. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our offices run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers the excitement of working with various stakeholders at all levels.
Job Responsibility
Act as the first point of contact for IT and phone providers, ensuring seamless communication and process improvement
Manage the day-to-day operations of our London and Reading offices, creating a tidy, enjoyable, and safe work environment
Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Address office queries and provide support to UK employees
Organise and maintain the IT comms room in London, keeping asset logs updated
Manage the CEO's diary and coordinate company-wide events
Play a vital role in the Social Committee, organising exciting social events, including our annual Summer & Christmas celebrations
Requirements
Highly organised with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A 'can-do' attitude with adaptability to changing situations
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent verbal/written communication skills
An approachable personality with a good sense of humour
Nice to have
Up to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
