Currently, our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin, a growing, major window and door manufacturer with manufacturing facilities located in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified temporary Office Support person to work collaboratively with our division. This is a full-time, temporary role, estimated to last until January 2027. There may be opportunities for continued employment or other positions at the end of the assignment, depending on a number of factors.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and project a positive Company presence
Professionally answer and route incoming calls
Cross-train to assist in multiple departments, including Human Resources
Data entry that is consistent, accurate, and timely
Work efficiently to meet established deadlines
Work collaboratively and promote a team environment
Requirements:
1-year recent office administration experience with good work references
Demonstrated ability to maintain Company confidentiality
Experience with accurate data entry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized, with willingness to take on increasing responsibilities
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
