Job Responsibility
Follow recipes to prepare hot and cold meals for large groups
Help prepare special meals for residents who have specific health needs or diet orders
Drive a food delivery truck to bring fresh meals to different buildings across our campus
Make sure all food is stored and served safely, keeping an eye on expiration dates
Help keep the kitchen sparkling clean, including washing pots, pans, and large equipment
Answer phones and talk with your team to make sure everything runs smoothly
Requirements
2-4 years of progressive work experience (typically in Food Services) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Food Services Assistant
OR 0-1 year of progressive work experience (typically in Food Services) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Food Services Assistant
Associate's Degree (typically in Culinary Arts)
Valid driver's license to drive a food delivery truck
