Job Responsibility:
Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and organizing office supplies
Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate meeting or Metyis colleague
Document Preparation: Help prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed
Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and arranging refreshments
Mail and Courier Handling: Sort incoming mail and handle outgoing packages
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
Office Maintenance: Perform daily rounds to ensure the office is well-maintained, including restocking snacks and beverages, tidying meeting rooms, cleaning coffee machines, and replenishing printer supplies
Team Support: Provide general support to Office Support staff and management with ad-hoc tasks and projects
Event Support: Help with organizing and coordinating company events, such as recruitment events, on-boarding days and team drinks
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in MBO education
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Work permit valid for NL
English fluency is mandatory
Nice to have:
Dutch is a plus
