Job Responsibility

  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and organizing office supplies
  • Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate meeting or Metyis colleague
  • Document Preparation: Help prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and arranging refreshments
  • Mail and Courier Handling: Sort incoming mail and handle outgoing packages
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Office Maintenance: Perform daily rounds to ensure the office is well-maintained, including restocking snacks and beverages, tidying meeting rooms, cleaning coffee machines, and replenishing printer supplies
  • Team Support: Provide general support to Office Support staff and management with ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Event Support: Help with organizing and coordinating company events, such as recruitment events, on-boarding days and team drinks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in MBO education
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Work permit valid for NL
  • English fluency is mandatory

Nice to have

  • Dutch is a plus
  • A proactive, hands-on and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Organise, attend and minute high level complex and sensitive meetings
