Job Responsibility:
Provide front-office support, including answering phones and directing inquiries with professionalism and care
Assist with filing, records management, and maintaining organized client and program documentation
Support human services staff with administrative tasks related to program operations
Handle sensitive information with discretion in accordance with privacy and confidentiality standards
Offer welcoming, responsive customer service to families, providers, and internal partners
Requirements:
Experience in office support, administrative assistance, or customer service
Exposure to human services, healthcare, or public-sector environments preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort managing records, paperwork, and high-volume phone interactions
Reliable, professional, and service-oriented approach
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong ability to answer calls and manage inquiries effectively

Familiarity with receptionist responsibilities, including greeting visitors
