Job Description

Job Title: Office Support Assistant II (Admissions). Duration: 6 Months. Shift Timings: 3 PM – 11 PM.

Job Responsibility

  • Collects, compiles, and accurately enters data into EMR system and maintains confidentiality
  • Answers inquiries and provide detailed information regarding the admission and legal process to potential clients, caretakers, and QMHPs in person or via telephone
  • Must possess strong verbal skills to communicate with law enforcement, nurses, physicians, and patients
  • Must possess the ability to use computer, printer, and scanner
  • Be a self-starter and work in
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be High School Graduate
  • Clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year for year basis
  • Employees may be required to maintain valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle
