We are looking to add an Office Specialist at Baptist Pediatrics Mandarin, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. As the Office Specialist, you will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. You will handle patient registration, posting charges and payments, and telephone protocols. It is vital that this candidate is adept with multi-tasking and being people-oriented, as they could make or break the patient's experience. This is a position for a focused, task-oriented and self motivated individual who thrives in a busy atmosphere. Our ideal candidate is an energetic team player who excels in a professional setting.
