We are looking for an experienced Office Services Supervisor to join our team in Orlando, FL - please keep in mind in this role you would be the supervisor of the office and would report directly to the manager of the office. In this contract role, you will oversee administrative support functions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in office systems and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and supervise the administrative team, ensuring effective support for departmental and client needs
Oversee office transactions, including listings, sales, leases, expenses, and client reimbursements
Provide formal supervision, including staff training, development, and performance evaluations
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for new employees
Support the sales team by facilitating business processes and contributing to the achievement of financial targets
Organize and execute property marketing campaigns, including creating materials and analyzing market data
Ensure efficient use of office systems, procedures, and resources to optimize operations
Prepare and review detailed reports, including cost analyses and expense tracking
Maintain compliance with company standards and policies while fostering a collaborative work environment
Monitor and enhance team performance through coaching and mentoring initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent leadership abilities, including experience in training, mentoring, and appraising team performance
Skilled in handling sensitive information and explaining complex concepts clearly
Advanced math skills for calculating figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
Knowledge of office operations, procedures, and systems, with a focus on efficiency and quality
Nice to have:
Experience in recruitment and staffing processes is preferred
