Job Description

Essity is looking for an experienced Office Services Representative who will be responsible for the daily management of the Appleton, WI office. This role will be responsible for executing administrative activities for the office location, providing timely and effective services to the business and following established procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support in a variety of services which may include: copy services
  • office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • administrative assistance
  • post and messenger services
  • cleaning, and maintenance services
  • and reception and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, following applicable distribution procedures
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage and issuance of stationary and office supplies
  • Act as first point of contact for internal facilities issues, like general maintenance and cleaning, and assist in internal re-location of technical equipment, furniture, etc.
  • Set-up conference rooms including audio/visual equipment, furniture configuration, and food/beverages as needed
  • Perform reception activities like greeting customers, clients, employees from other sites and visitors and notify employees as appropriate, answering all incoming calls, determine caller needs, and transfer as appropriate and completing security procedures, e.g. issuing badges and managing visitors log
  • Organize meeting rooms, taxis and chauffeurs
  • Perform general clerical work including filing, mail preparations, and document handling
  • Perform a service culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an office support position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing office environments and tasks
