We are looking for an Office Services Coordinator to support daily administrative operations for an on-site team. This is a contract position expected to run for 2 months, created to provide leave coverage while maintaining smooth office support. The person in this role will handle records, respond to routine requests, and keep office systems organized through accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Job Responsibility
Maintain organized filing, mailing, and database records to support efficient day-to-day office operations
Prepare, sort, copy, and file business documents and related records with a high level of accuracy
Review files and administrative documents to gather information and provide timely responses to internal requests
Address routine questions and concerns from colleagues, clients, and supervisors in a thorough and courteous manner
Interpret written instructions, short correspondence, and internal notes to complete assigned work correctly
Follow established office procedures to resolve straightforward administrative issues with consistency and attention to detail
Produce assigned deliverables by adhering to defined processes under close guidance and supervision
Support general office coordination tasks that help maintain smooth workflow across the business function
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, with up to 2 years of related office or administrative experience
Ability to follow standard work routines, policies, and procedural guidelines consistently
Clear communication skills with the ability to share straightforward information effectively
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, detail-focused approach to completing tasks
Basic math skills, including the ability to work with simple calculations such as percentages
Must be authorized to work in the United States and be eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future
