Job Responsibility:
Support and deputise for the Office Services Manager when required
Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to deliver high-quality support services
Manage absence, holidays, and performance in line with company policies
Allocate and coordinate team workloads, ensuring tasks are completed to agreed deadlines
Provide administrative support across multiple departments as needed
Support recruitment activities and the rollout of HR processes and initiatives
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR or office services environment
Proven experience supervising or coordinating an office-based team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
A confident communicator who performs well under pressure
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
