We are seeking a dedicated Office Services Clerk to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This long-term contract position provides the opportunity to contribute to essential office operations while supporting a variety of administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents efficiently and accurately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and organization
Handle multi-line phone systems to deliver attentive communication and support
Maintain orderly records of scanned and physical documents
Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Troubleshoot minor issues with office equipment when necessary
Support the coordination of office supplies and inventory management
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience in office services or a similar role
Proficiency in document scanning and handling related equipment
Familiarity with mailroom operations and processes
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment
