Job Description

An established Law firm in downtown Seattle is hiring an Office Services Clerk to join their team. You will be the operational backbone of a busy professional office — keeping mail, documents, meetings, and shared spaces running smoothly with professionalism and precision.

Job Responsibility

  • Process, scan, and distribute mail and packages, maintaining accurate records
  • Manage high-volume copying, binding, and document scanning projects
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and catering for meetings
  • Maintain and replenish office and mailroom supply inventory
  • Provide backup reception coverage — phone calls, visitor greeting, and message management
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office services, or mailroom role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Professional demeanor and comfort working in a confidential, client-facing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
