Office Services Associate

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently
• Restock and maintain office pantry supplies
• Assist with room setups and furniture arrangements
• Log packages accurately using tracking systems
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents securely
• Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and drivers
• Perform general office cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Take initiative to ask questions and clarify tasks
• Provide support for additional projects
• Manage tasks independently while adhering to company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in office services, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment
• Familiarity with mail handling and package logging systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as furniture movement
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
