We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support daily administrative and operational services for a client site in Denver, Colorado. This is a contract position suited for someone who brings broad office experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining an organized and responsive workplace. The role includes support across copy and mail services, document handling, hospitality tasks, and general office upkeep, with training provided on equipment and machine operation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing job details, confirming instructions, and recording work accurately in service logs
Complete copy, scanning, mail, and intake assignments in a timely manner while following established procedures and service expectations
Organize daily priorities to ensure projects are processed, finished, and delivered within required deadlines
Communicate proactively with supervisors or client contacts when timelines, job specifications, or service issues need clarification
Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment and restock paper, toner, and other supplies to keep operations running smoothly
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality, including checking your own output and assisting with quality review for team deliverables when needed
Support workplace readiness by tidying conference rooms, replenishing shared office areas, and assisting with hospitality or reception-related needs
Handle confidential documents with care and follow company policies and workplace procedures in all daily tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in office services, administrative support, or a related back-office environment
experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
Solid organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Ability to exercise sound judgment, solve routine problems independently, and escalate issues appropriately when needed
Comfortable working with confidential information and following operational procedures and policy requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and assist with physical office support tasks such as supply replenishment and room setup
Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to learn equipment operation and support a variety of office service functions
