Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support daily copy, mail, and document handling operations for a client site in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering organized, responsive back-office support across both physical and digital workflows. The role also contributes to a smooth office experience by assisting with related service needs such as front desk coverage, hospitality, facilities coordination, and audio/visual support when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day reprographics tasks, including copying, scanning, and preparing documents accurately and on schedule
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail for both physical and electronic delivery channels
  • Provide administrative support for document handling requests while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and service quality
  • Assist with reception and phone coverage, including handling multi-line calls and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Support office operations by helping with hospitality services, meeting room readiness, facilities-related requests, and basic audio/visual needs as assigned
  • Monitor work priorities and turnaround times to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-moving client environment
  • Resolve routine service issues independently and elevate more complex concerns to leadership when appropriate
  • Work closely with team members and client contacts to maintain a detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-focused service experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, financial, or large corporate setting
  • Working knowledge of copy, scanning, mailroom, and general back-office support processes
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service and build positive working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion and sound judgment
  • Comfortable making routine decisions independently while following established policies and business needs
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive approach

  • Distributes month end AR statement to stores. Stores can get statement from Storefront but may also mail or email
  • Maintains miscellaneous account for transactions where funds are received from outside and then paid for various activities
  • Generates report where info is plugged in by the DC for any store ARs that are past due (equal to or over $1000) and distributes to HQ
  • Reconciles the bank account that all deposits go in to from local depository account to HQ's bank account
