We are looking for a dependable Office Services Associate to support day-to-day back-office operations for a client site. This Contract position plays an important role in document production, mail handling, digital support, and front-of-office service needs while helping teams maintain efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and discretion are essential.
Job Responsibility
Manage incoming office service requests
Complete copy, scan, print, intake, and mailroom assignments
Coordinate the order and flow of daily tasks
Communicate promptly with supervisors or clients regarding priority changes, production issues, or timing concerns
Resolve routine equipment issues
Conduct quality checks on completed assignments
Handle confidential documents with care
Support additional workplace service needs such as reception, hospitality, audio/visual assistance, or related office functions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in office services, copy center, mailroom, or similar operational support work, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of office support processes, including document handling, scanning, mail distribution, and basic equipment troubleshooting
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational ability
Ability to use sound judgment, solve routine problems independently
Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information
