The Office Services Associate is responsible for adding value in providing daily back-office services for our client and teams. Services include but are not limited to reprographics (copy) and mail services in both physical and digital environments, with support for services in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other service lines as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
at least one (1) year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting
proficient in using mail systems, telephones, email, digital reprographics, and mailroom equipment
knowledge of general back-office operations with a focus on client satisfaction
strong customer service skills essential for building and maintaining client relationships
excellent written and verbal communication, with detail oriented phone and email etiquette
detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
capable of meeting deadlines and completing projects promptly
able to handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion
sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions in alignment with company policies
strong problem-solving skills and awareness of when to escalate issues appropriately
collaborative and effective team player
comfortable working with individuals from diverse and cross-functional backgrounds
