We are looking for an organized and attentive Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. Job Responsibility:
Manage daily mailroom operations, including mail pickup, sorting, and distribution
Perform scanning, reprographics, and other document-related tasks to support office activities
Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place
Assist with hospitality services such as food setups for meetings and events
Restock office supplies, including paper, stationery, and other materials, to ensure availability
Provide general facilities support, including shipping and receiving packages
Respond to departmental requests for general services support in a timely manner
Facilitate the organization and upkeep of office spaces to maintain a high standard of quality
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment
Previous experience as an Office Services Associate or in a similar role
Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including answering inbound calls and receptionist duties
Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
Ability to lift and move office supplies or equipment as needed
