Job Description

We are looking for an Office Services Associate (Repographics) to support daily back-office operations for a client site. This contract position focuses on document production, mail handling, intake support, and related office services in both physical and digital settings. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep work moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing job instructions, confirming required details, and recording work accurately in service logs
  • Produce, scan, copy, and distribute documents while following established procedures for reprographics, mail, and intake activities
  • Organize assignments by urgency and delivery commitment to ensure all completed work reaches clients and internal teams on schedule
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors or client contacts when priorities shift, deadlines are at risk, or clarification is needed
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment and replenish paper, toner, and other supplies to keep operations running smoothly
  • Check completed work for accuracy and quality, while also supporting quality review efforts across the team when needed
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and follow all site policies, operational guidelines, and security procedures
  • Support additional front-of-house or workplace service needs, such as reception, hospitality, or audio/visual assistance, as business demands require
