This role involves supporting daily office operations, including document management, mailroom tasks, and assisting with various office services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Manage document scanning and reprographic tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Organize and distribute mail, including both physical and digital correspondence
Support hospitality services, such as assisting with meeting setup and reception duties
Operate and maintain audio/visual equipment for events and presentations
Handle multi-line phone systems to provide effective communication and support
Perform general office duties to maintain a well-functioning environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Uphold quality standards and follow company procedures in all operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in document scanning and reprographic processes
Experience working in a mailroom or managing mail services
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective call handling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
