Job Description:

We are looking for a Office Service Ambassador to join our award-winning Rapport team, based in the client's offices near St Paul's. Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world, and you will play a key role in creating unique experiences through remarkable service to every guest and support to internal employees.

Job Responsibility:

Provide client-area support and respond to office requests
Handle printing, scanning, reprographics, and document binding
Monitor and respond to emails
Replenish stationery in copy and meeting rooms
Assist with meeting room setups, including moving furniture
Manage courier bookings, franking, and internal post distribution

Requirements:

Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exhibit strong organisational and time management skills
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
