About the role. You will have the opportunity to: Be the first point of contact at our Warsaw office, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience for guests and team members. Take care of day-to-day office operations, keeping the workspace organized, stocked, and running efficiently. Collaborate with external vendors and building administration to maintain a well-functioning office environment. Take care of meeting room setup for interviews and business meetings. Support coordination of local team-building events and contribute to a positive team spirit. Be an integral part of the Sollers Warsaw team, helping to foster a productive and friendly workplace. Support other tasks related to offices and team-building area.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration (1-2 years) and a hands-on approach to daily tasks
  • Availability to work full-time from our Warsaw office, Monday to Friday (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00)
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written
  • A proactive mindset, great communication skills, and attention to detail
  • A team-player spirit, combined with independence in managing your tasks and a willingness to learn and grow together
  • Confidence in using MS Office tools, especially Excel
