Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. Reporting to our Head of People & Talent, you will be a core part of how Odin runs its office, takes care of its team, and creates a great experience for both employees and external guests. This role is foremost an office and events experience role, and also a place to get hands-on with people operations.
Job Responsibility:
Office management: Keep the office running smoothly day to day
Employee & external experience: Help plan and run events & dinners that reflect Odin's culture
Championing the team: Help recognise wins and milestones
Onboarding: Support a smooth, well-organised experience from offer acceptance to first day
Broader People and Talent projects: Contribute across engagement, employer brand, and culture-building initiatives
Requirements:

You have coordinated something logistically complex

You are a clear communicator across async, written, and in-person settings
You stay calm under pressure and know how to prioritise
Nice to have:
Exposure to events, people operations, or office management
Experience using AI tools in a hands-on way

Experience organising events, managing logistics and supporting people
