Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee Day-to-Day Office Operations: Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis, establish and maintain office procedures, systems, and workflows
  • Manage Facilities and Equipment: Manage office supplies and services
  • coordinate maintenance of facilities, equipment, and company vehicles
  • and ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning workplace
  • Serve as a Key Company Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact with insurance brokers, property managers, clients, vendors, staffing agencies, and career fair representatives, ensuring professional and consistent external relationships
  • Provide Operational Coverage and Continuity: Step in as needed to support HR administration, accounting and payroll processes, and Office Coordinator functions to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Support Workplace Culture and Engagement: Plan and coordinate office events, trainings, meetings, and internal committees that contribute to ETC’s award-winning culture

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of office and workplace operations in a professional services or similar environment
  • Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, equipment, and operational logistics
  • Familiarity with administrative HR processes such as onboarding support, certifications, compliance tracking, and employee physicals
  • Understanding of basic payroll and accounting workflows and the ability to provide operational backup as needed
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information
