Job Responsibility
Support the Office Manager on all office management tasks and a wide range of administrative activities, including special assignments
Serve as a competent contact person for current and new employees at the Warsaw office in regard to administrative and office-related questions
Onboarding new colleagues on their first day of work and helping with topics such as occupational safety and health
Help to coordinate internal events
Continuously make suggestions for developing and implementing concepts to improve department-internal processes
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training in the field of office management or hospitality
Gained some work experience in a comparable position
Proficient in the MS Office suite
Written and spoken Polish and English language skills are excellent
