We are supporting our client who is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and payroll support for a growing team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Manage daily office operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support accounting and operational tasks using systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation
Maintain organized records related to payroll, benefits, and office administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions and needs
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and administrative tracking
Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices
Partner with team members to support workflow and communication
Identify opportunities to improve processes and office operations
Requirements:
Experience handling office management or administrative coordination responsibilities
Working knowledge of payroll processes and related compliance requirements
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Clear communication and strong organizational skills
