We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Salem, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, supporting financial processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and documentation
Order and manage office supplies to ensure all necessary materials are available
Serve as the first point of contact by handling receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
Maintain and organize office supply inventory to prevent shortages
Collaborate with team members to support general office functions and special projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Assist with financial reporting and documentation as required
Support the coordination of office activities to foster a productive work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or management roles
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage office supply inventory and place timely orders
