We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-centric Office Manager to take ownership of our London office's daily operations! You'll be at the heart of our vibrant workspace, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating an exceptional employee experience. Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage relationships with building management, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, meeting room setups, and catering.
Support onboarding by preparing workstations and welcome experiences for new joiners.
Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related queries.
Oversee cleaning, repairs, and preventative maintenance services.
Maintain office health & safety policy and compliance.
Lead health & safety inductions for new joiners.
Assist IT Support with hardware distribution and tech operations.
Plan and deliver internal events like team socials and celebrations.
Support engagement activities and promote company values through daily interactions.
Requirements:
Experience in Office Management or a similar role
Previous experience working in a startup or tech environment in a plus!
A people-first mindset with the drive to create an inclusive and engaging culture.
Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation.
